Shipping Policy

The Butterfly Boutique offers free standard shipping within Canada on orders over $100. All shipping fees are nonrefundable.

You can also opt to pick up in store/pick up curbside at our Millet, Alberta shop for no charge. If you choose this option we will email to arrange an appointment with you after we receive your purchase.

We offer gift wrapping services! When completing the check out process, you will see the option to opt in for gift wrapping. Should you choose to send your purchase as a gift, select this option in the cart and enter a personalized message if you like. Enter the recipient's address in the shipping address field and choose your preferred shipping option. Then, when completing your payment details, enter your own address in the billing field. Your package will be on its way to your friend, gift wrapped with care!


Return & Exchange Policy

In Store Policy:

The Butterfly Boutique will accept full price items that weren't quite right back in exchange for store credit only. We do not offer refunds.

The return must be made within 7 days of the purchase date, with the original receipt accompanying the return. Return items must be unwashed, unworn, and original tags must be attached.

All sale/discounted items, jewelry, hats and beauty items are final sale, no exceptions.

A store credit never expires, and is redeemable in person and online. Butterfly Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the aforementioned requirements.

Online Policy:

Butterfly Boutique will accept items back from online customers that are not completely satisfied with their purchase for store credit. We do not offer refunds. The return request must be made within 21 days of the ORDER date.

Butterfly Boutique will only accept unworn and unaltered items with original tags attached, the sales receipt and Return Authorization (RA) form. (RA must be requested within seven days of receipt of the order).

Butterfly Boutique accepts returns only that have been approved by a staff member. Jewelry, hats, beauty and discounted items are all FINAL SALE. Shipping, both original and return, and handling costs are nonrefundable.

How to return an online item:

1. Please email us your request for return at butterflyboutique@persona.ca. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) form and associating RA number. Print this email and include it with your return package. Please note that all requests for RA numbers must be made via e-mail.

2. Returns should be shipped to:

3. All returns must be pre-paid and insured. We must receive your return within seven days of issuing the Return Authorization number. We recommend that you ship your returned merchandise via insured parcel post, for tracking purposes. In the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled, Butterfly Boutique cannot take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation. 

4. Once we receive your returned merchandise, you will receive an e-mail notification. Your return request will be processed within five business days following receipt of the package.
